My life experiences and chosen paths of learning have taught me that there are ways in which we can all, businesses and individuals alike, take our own destinies in to our own hands more. WE can be responsible for creating opportunity, success and harmony for ourselves without being the victim of external factors beyond our control.

Whilst our economic trough is portrayed vividly in the media as the cause of corporate closures and employee casualties the strength of the business in the first instance should not be forgotten. People and communication are the glue which binds and holds the company and its corporate culture together. If this is already in a weak position it will be harder for it to bear the brunt of external economic factors.

Beneath the surface of each company is an internal web of communication and connections. How we interact in the workplace, how we manage different relationships and communication channels to best effect is key to the smooth running and success of the business. It is not just enough that an employee, at any level, holds the right credentials to match the job description. Their style of communication will bear a direct effect on their interaction with others in the workplace, their management and team skills and will ultimately effect results.

My focus in this business is profiling and Everything DiSC ® I am a fully qualified DiSC ® Trainer and apply the research -validated profiling and assessment programme to businesses areas such as

This profiling system allows us to evaluate the different communication styles of employees and filters them in to 4 key categories :

D: Dominance Direct and Decisive. D’s are strong-willed, strong-minded people who like accepting challenges, taking action and getting immediate results.

I:Influence Optimistic and Outgoing. I’s are “people people” who like participating in teams, sharing ideas energising and entertaining others.

S:Steadiness Sympathetic and Cooperative. S’s are helpful people who like working behind the scenes, performing in consistent and predictable ways and being good listeners.

C:Conscientiousness Concerned and Correct. C’s are sticklers for quality and like planning ahead, employing systematic approaches and checking and re-checking for accuracy.

This assessment in turn helps management to focus on the following areas:

• Working with Their Manager

…and in turn to understand themselves , their employees and their bosses better.

I am a firm believer that all our life experiences shape the person we are and make us into leaders. They make us all in to teachers if we choose to share them with others. My own experiences – good and bad – have led me to search out alternatives for myself and my family.

The result is I know for a fact we can all live an extraordinary life, free of the constraints of ‘income generation’ – ie: the daily limiting grind of the rat race – and to open ourselves to the possibilities of ‘wealth creation’- thus opening the doors of choice and freedom to us all.

So whatever is happening today or tomorrow in the worldwide economy, it really is possible for us to be masters of our own financial destiny – and not just a cog in someone else’s wheel.

My passion is to impart my knowledge and experience to others, to inspire, mentor and increase their financial IQ and eradicate their limiting self beliefs, and so guide them towards financial freedom.

Here I focus on teaching Cashflow101 and Cashflow 202 – the financial education game by Robert Kiyosaki (author of RichDad PoorDad) and combine it with NLP and personal development training.

I run focused events/courses and the results are enlightening – my clients leave empowered, motivated and determined to change behaviour and poor financial habits. They are armed with practical financial knowledge to apply in their everyday lives to help them reach longer term goals. They learn about themselves, what is holding them back plus they learn about opportunities for creating passive income, investments, stocks and shares and property.

Neil introduces exciting and challenging ‘out of the box’ elements to our events such as firewalking. This plays a large part in helping individuals conquer lack of confidence or fears that are holding them back from success.
